Honest Tea Summer Refreshers: Watermelon Lemonade

If there ever were a product that’s straightforward in flavor, this product, Honest Watermelon Lemonade, might be it. The product, which is made with 9 percent juice, including both lemon and watermelon juices (Honest Tea also includes natural flavorings and organic lemon extract), almost tastes like something you’d make at home. It delivers all of the flavor notes that a high quality flavored lemonade needs: sour, tangy, and sweet (17g of sugars per bottle thanks to the addition of organic and fair trade cane sugar). As far as organic ready-to-drink beverages go, this product, like the rest of Honest’s beverages, is clean and on point from start-to-finish. Packaging and branding place this product, which comes in a 32 oz. glass bottle, in the company's “Summer Refreshers” seasonal line. Being sold exclusively in grocery, the product is attractive and polished, although we have to admit that we wish it were a part of their single-serve line. And just like the flavor, the label, which features a lemon and watermelon slice, is about as straightforward as they come. Overall, we really like this product. It’s certainly not bleeding edge in terms of the flavor pairing, but it definitely brings a new flavor experience to Honest's Summer Refreshers line.
