Juice Served Here’s Raw Soup is a cold soup that’s much in the style of a gazpacho. However, this product features a host of other ingredients beyond what you’ll typically find in a gazpacho. These include carrot, tomato, lemon, lime, black pepper, basil, thyme, oregano, Himalayan sea salt, sun dried tomato and olive oil. Whether you view this as a beverage or a soup, it’s exceptionally well-formulated. The oregano is a little heavy handed, but it does a nice job of offsetting the tart flavor of the vegetable blend. And the vegetables taste super fresh, which is one of the things that we always enjoy about HPP beverages. The use of olive oil gives the product some body, while the touch of salt and pepper put a nice finishing touch on the flavor. All in all, this is a standout product when it comes to taste. Visually, we really like how the company has translated its raw product, which comes in a glass bottle, into an high pressure processed product that’s packaged in plastic. It’s definitely one of the more beautiful looking products that we’ve seen in this space. The front of the label is a bit busy, but the numbering system is a nice touch and one that we think consumers will pick up on. Overall, a really enjoyable and well-executed product.
