Nomaro is a New York-based, chef-crafted non-alcoholic aperitivo built as a 1:1 substitute for classic Italian red aperitivi such as Campari in Negronis, spritzes and other cocktails. Bitter-forward and lightly sweet, it is made from botanicals and natural ingredients rather than fruit juices, and is positioned as a bar ingredient for beverage directors and mixologists. Founded by 17-year-old French-raised, New York-trained chef and mixologist Joshua Small, the brand launched publicly at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show.
