Discovered during the age of the Roman Empire in the interior north of Portugal, the natural water spring of Agua das Pedras resides within the thermal town of Pedras Salgadas. After officially naming it Pedras in 1871, it won its first award at the Vienna Universal Exhibition just two years later. From Philadelphia to Paris, Pedras' unique taste and quality has received significant awards and praises from the finest chefs and sommeliers in cities all over the world. Gaining momentum to expand as a global brand from its international recognition, Pedras finally arrived in the United States in 2012.
