Founder Naomi Seifter opened the first Picnik food trailer in Austin, TX in 2013. She was among the first in the nation to serve butter coffee, plus breakfast and lunch items made with locally sourced, premium ingredients. As her restaurant concept gained more traction and locations, Naomi decided to convert her best selling recipes into products that could reach people all across the US. After nearly a year of work, Picnik’s functional creamer started hitting shelves in 2018. It is available in four varieties - Keto, Collagen, Plant based, and Vanilla Oatmilk + Adaptogen – each with a superstar blend of grass-fed or plant-based fats and energizing MCT oil.
