Red Rooster is your basic run of the mill energy drink from Cott Beverage. It has all of the same properties as most energy drinks and essentially the same taste. The only property that Cott uses to differentiate this beverage is that it has twice the taurine of your average energy drink. Seeing as we've never seen any sort of proof that taurine does anything to the human body, we don't think this enhances the experience with Red Rooster. We'd pass on this one and go for something a tad less generic.
