Review: Rip It Citrus X

For an energy drink, this is actually a very tasty orange soda. While we wish they hadn’t used high-fructose corn syrup, RipIt is a value brand and probably wants to hold the line on price. Regardless, it’s a pretty tasty combination of sweetness and citrus flavor, without the medicinal properties of a normal energy drink but with a lot more carbonation. RipIT’s gray can also represents a big step up from the sugar-free version’s naked aluminum color scheme. In all, a nice energy drink with some potential among soda lovers.
