Tamar Date Coffee makes organic ground coffee blended with whole dates (both the date fruit and seed), positioned as a low-acid, reduced-caffeine alternative to conventional coffee with natural sweetness, dietary fiber and antioxidants. The line includes Balance (50% coffee / 50% dates) and Elevate (70% coffee / 30% dates), sold in 12oz (340g) bags, multipacks and a starter kit via the brand's direct-to-consumer site, Amazon, and retailers including Erewhon and New Leaf Community Markets. Co-founded by Greg Cahn, the brand says its coffee is third-party tested.
