Tio Gazpacho: Gazpacho de Sol

Of the three flavors of Tio’s HPP gazpacho flavors that we sampled, this variety has the brightest flavor. The blend, which includes yellow tomato, carrot, yellow pepper, cucumber, shallot, garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar and Himalayan pink salt, is loaded with flavor and tastes extremely fresh. Compared with the Classico variety, this one is not only brighter when it comes to its tomato flavor, but it’s also slightly sweeter. This works nicely with the added carrot and yellow pepper, resulting in something that certainly tastes different than its counterpart. On the outside, the product has the exact same packaging as the other two flavors, but the liquid gives it an orangish backdrop. Based on the color of the liquid, we expected this product to have a more pronounced carrot flavor than it did. Still, we like that the two flavors not only taste different, but look different as well. And honestly, we wouldn’t change a thing about the packaging -- it’s easy to understand, polished looking, and appealing to the senses. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-executed product.
