Kirstin Everard brings over 19 years of event marketing & grassroots marketing experience in experience in CPG and the Natural Products Industry. After graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Kirstin began her career managing the Santa Barbara Farmers' Market Association, coordinating 6 local markets a week and a membership of over 300 certified growers. She coordinated special events, community outreach/education and marketing & advertising for the organization.
 
In early 1997, Kirstin became the Senior Event Marketing Manager for Balance Bar Company in its beginning stages and helped usher explosive growth there for over 4 years, managing an aggressive event marketing campaign that included sponsorship of over 500 events annually and a robust athlete sponsorship program. With a synchronized sales and marketing strategy, overlaying event marketing and grassroots promotions, Balance Bar grew exponentially from $1MM to $110MM during her tenure, and eventually sold to Kraft Foods. Kirstin went over to Kraft to continue as Event Marketing Manager.
 
In late 2000, Kirstin decided to start her own boutique event marketing agency: Turn-Key Marketing and Promotions. Turn-Key Marketing’s services range from traditional event marketing, mobile sampling tours, in-store demos, Costco Road Shows, guerrilla marketing & street sampling, and trade show coordination. Turn-Key has created and managed campaigns for Annie’s, Pacific Foods, Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss, Nature’s Gate, Clif Bar, Glaceau Vitamin Water, Naked Juice, Weleda, Nature’s Gate, Guayaki Yerba Mate, and Udi’s Gluten Free Foods, to name a few.
