2026 Summer Fancy Food Show Returns to New York City
The Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show, the largest U.S. food show devoted exclusively to foods and beverages, is set to return to New York City in late June.
The 2026 edition of the show will take place June 28-June 30 at the Javits Center, where 2,500 emerging and established exhibitors from over 50 countries will showcase their new, on-trend products to industry attendees across every trade channel. According to SFA, some of this year’s trends will include “sense maxxing,” “shelf-stable chic” and honest processing.
The show will also feature a variety of education seminars.
Highlights of the program include:
• A panel with Whole Foods Market senior local forager John Lawson, B.T.R. Nation founder and CEO Ashley Nickelsen, Enthuse Marketing co-founder and CEO Kim Lawton and Enthuse Marketing Group senior creative director Diana Panek exploring how brands can use packaging and in-store education to stand out on crowded retail shelves, quickly communicate value and drive stronger customer engagement.
• A session discussing how CPG brands can tap into the foodservice channel to help specialty products scale. Insights will include how to navigate packaging and pricing, as well as how to get discovered by the right partners.
• Natural Products Consulting principal Bob Burke, Walden Mutual Bank founder and CEO Charley Cummings, Beckett Industries General Partner Brian Polencheck and supernatural ventures operating partner Michelle Flowerman discussing how founders can identify the right financing strategies for each stage of business growth, from debt to equity funding.
