IZZE Beverage Company Names Lance Gentry Director of Marketing

@@img1 BOULDER, Colo. (May 12, 2004) – IZZE Beverage Company, an emerging leader in the sparkling juice category, announced today the hiring of Lance Gentry as director of marketing. Gentry previously acted as a marketing consultant for IZZE and will continue to lead marketing efforts related to event production, field marketing, and sponsorship, in his new position.

“Lance brings unparalleled integrated and guerilla marketing experience to IZZE – skills which are invaluable to the continued brand development of our company,” said IZZE Founder and President Todd Woloson.

Gentry has over 12 years of experience in marketing and brand development, from a wide array of industries including technology and entertainment. Most recently, Gentry headed up concept development and execution for Makalu Entertainment, a best-of-breed integrated marketing and event production company in partnership with IMG/TWI. Prior to his time at Makalu, Gentry co-founded Light Years Integral Communications, an integrated marketing consultancy based in London and Stockholm, where he maintained a strategic management position.

Gentry started his career in Hollywood, working with such prestigious companies as the William Morris Agency, Warner Bros., Touchstone, and Polygram, where he focused on feature film development. Gentry received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
