Bar Diver Cocktails Launches Collaborative Single Barrel Gold Rush Cocktail With Green River Distilling Co.

MINNEAPOLIS MN. (May, 09, 2024) - - - Deluxe ready to serve bottled cocktail brand, Bar Diver, has launched a limited release single barrel Kentucky Bourbon whiskey cocktail, the Gold Rush, in collaboration with Green River Distilling Co. 

“The Gold Rush is golden. A lovely approachable Bourbon cocktail, a perfect whiskey segue way from Winter into Spring then into Summer” says Bar Diver Founder, Joe Heron. “We selected a single West Virginia Stave Co. barrel of Green River Kentucky Bourbon, blended pure honey with the whiskey and aged them together, mingled the whiskey honey blend with pure lemon juice, then batched and bottled pure gold.”

Herb Heneman, Chief Commercial Officer says, “We wanted something that keeps Bar Diver within an elevated status in the Ready To Serve cocktail space, beyond simple utility, more within cocktail culture than cocktail convenience. The limited release is an interpretation of the Milk & Honey modern classic cocktail and is available in a 200mL/6.8 Fl. Oz. green glass bottle, crowned with Bar Diver’s signature proud red “Cousteau” bottle cap, and is served at an accessible 19.5% ABV.
