Brewed with adventurous sour lovers in mind, it features a bold fusion of wild plums and oak barrel-aging mastery and at 6.3% ABV. The wild fermentation introduces subtle, earthy funk, creating a beautifully layered sour profile that evolves with each sip. A smooth, tannic finish complements bright, tangy fruit flavours. It's a refreshingly tart, fruity spin on classic oak-aged beer.
