IQBAR Announces Its First-Ever Partnership With Michelin-Starred Chef Thomas Keller

BOSTON, M.A. (May 28, 2025) – IQBAR, the brand dedicated to fueling the brain and body with its clean, delicious, functional ingredients, is thrilled to announce its partnership with Michelin-starred chef and culinary icon Thomas Keller. The brand’s first major collaboration introduces two exclusive products: Salted Caramel Chip IQBAR protein bars and Yuzu Mango IQMIX hydration sticks. Ten percent of all sales from this collaboration will benefit Ment’or, a non-profit organization devoted to influencing culinary excellence in young chefs and preserving the traditions and quality of cuisine in America.

The partnership, which grew out of Chef Keller’s organic use of IQBAR products, combines the brand’s commitment to exceptional clean ingredients and nutrition with Keller’s unmatched expertise in crafting unforgettable flavor experiences. As a fan of IQBAR’s plant-based protein bars, Chef Keller saw an opportunity to apply his expertise to the functional nutrition category, developing nutrient-rich yet delicious products. Known for his culinary excellence at world-famous restaurants like The French Laundry and Per Se, Chef Keller has long advocated for the importance of top-tier nutrition. This philosophy aligns perfectly with IQBAR’s mission to deliver clean, functional foods that fuel high-performance lives.

Chef Keller and the IQBAR team worked together, exploring unique flavor combinations inspired by Keller’s signature dishes and crafted two exciting new products:

  • Salted Caramel Chip IQBAR: A delicious bar featuring a blend of toasted macadamia nuts and rich salted caramel flavor, and the five brain nutrients IQBAR is known for: magnesium, Lion’s mane, MCTs, flavonoids, and vitamin E.
  • Yuzu Mango IQMIX: A refreshing, functional hydration mix combining natural flavors centering on real yuzu and mango extracts, Lion’s mane, and magnesium L-threonate, designed to support brain health and mental clarity.

About Chef Thomas Keller

Thomas Keller’s name is synonymous with quality and high standards. The chef and proprietor has established a collection of restaurants that sets a new paradigm within the hospitality profession. He is the first and only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star ratings from the prestigious Michelin Guide—for The French Laundry and Per Se—in addition to being awarded one star for The Surf Club Restaurant, becoming the most honored American chef by Michelin Guide, as well as the first American male chef to be designated a Chevalier of The French Legion of Honor, the highest decoration in France.
