Candoni De Zan Family Portfolio to Launch with Southern Glazer’s in 12 New Markets on July 1, 2025

Cumming, GA – June 25, 2025 — Arel Group Wine & Spirits Inc., the exclusive U.S. importer of the Candoni De Zan Family Wine Group portfolio, is pleased to announce a significant expansion with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (Southern Glazer’s). Beginning July 1, 2025, Southern Glazer’s will begin distribution of the Candoni De Zan Family Wine brands in 12 additional states, creating a more unified and efficient national route-to-market.

“This expanded partnership with Southern Glazer’s aligns with our long-term goals for brand growth and consistency in market execution. ” said Harold Weissman, CFO of Arel Group Wine & Spirits, Inc.

The new Southern Glazer’s markets include: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, South Carolina, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Washington D.C., Utah, and Wyoming. These states will join the portfolio’s existing Southern Glazer’s footprint in California, Nevada, Hawaii, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Pennsylvania, bringing total Southern Glazer’scoverage to 20 states.

Alongside the expanded Southern Glazer’s footprint, Arel Group will continue its distributor partnerships with its current distributor network in the remaining markets.
