(Los Angeles, California) [August 18, 2025] — La Monarca Bakery, the beloved Mexican food brand known for its authentic pan dulce, cookies, and coffees, announces a retail expansion with Target, marking a significant milestone in making its popular Café de Olla available in select Target stores across Southern California and online at Target.com. 

“Our mission is to share The Sweet Flavor of Mexico™ with consumers,” said Chief Commercial Officer Mae Tuck. “Expanding into Target with our signature Café de Olla is perfectly aligned with that mission. Target’s coffee aisle is a destination for discovering global flavors, and now The Sweet Flavor of Mexico™ is part of that journey.”

La Monarca Bakery’s Café de Olla (12 oz) is now available in the coffee aisle in select Target stores throughout Southern California and online at Target.com. The full store list is available here.

Since opening its first location in Huntington Park in 2006, La Monarca Bakery has expanded to 12 bakery-cafes in Los Angeles and sells its line of packaged cookies, coffees and chocolate beverage mixes in major national and regional retailers as well as online.
