Talkhouse Encore Posts Record Growth as Spirits-Based RTD Demand Surges

Amagansett, NY (October 24, 2025) — Talkhouse Encore, the refreshing and fruit-forward spirits-based canned seltzer inspired by Stephen Talkhouse — the iconic Hamptons venue long frequented by hall-of-fame performers and celebrities — continues its strong momentum. Through the end of summer, the brand reports approximately 80% year-over-year sales growth, driven by expanded distribution alongside new product innovation and team expansion.

Talkhouse Encore's momentum is anchored in its bold, real-juice flavors across vodka- and tequila-based SKUs, crafted for today's "occasion everywhere" drinking—tailgates, sports bars, rooftops, and music venues. Over the past 12 months, the brand has expanded into three new markets (Connecticut, New Jersey, and Massachusetts), with more to come. The top 25% of their accounts now average over 12 4-packs per week, supported by an 18% year-over-year velocity lift in New York.

Leadership Expansion

  • To further accelerate growth, Talkhouse Encore appointed Courtney Roth as Vice President of Marketing. A seasoned brand and marketing leader with over eight years of experience driving growth and equity for leading beverage brands, Roth will oversee brand strategy, trade marketing, shopper programs, and creator and venue partnerships to drive sell-through and repeat across priority markets.

Trading Up the Cold Box

  • Retail execution remains a key lever. Talkhouse Encore has prioritized cold-box placement, displays, and menu features in high-potential on- and off-premise accounts, supported by targeted tastings, local geo-media, and a growing creator program that drives "find-near-me" traffic.

Expanding RTD Lineup

  • The brand's lineup spans fan-favorite vodka and tequila varieties, including recently launched Pineapple Tequila, reflecting consumer demand for bigger flavor with a clean, modern profile.
