This small-batch marvel is crafted from a blend of crab and heirloom apples grown in the storied orchards of North Carolina and Virginia. It is aged in barrel and then finished in the bottle using méthode?traditionnelle (champagne-style fermentation). This process marries local terroir with old-world technique—resulting in a cider that’s crisp, elegant, and deeply rooted in Southern soil.
Try it the Botanist way. Pair it with jamón, Manchego, marinated olives, or your favorite tinned fish. Ideal for charcuterie spreads, salty snacks, or cozy fall evenings by the fire.
