New York, NY – November 20, 2025 - Thursday Boots is returning to where it all began: the New York City barroom. The brand known for its craftsmanship and rugged sophistication is unveiling a new, one-of-a-kind collaboration that celebrates heritage, community, and the art of doing things the right way, not the easy way.
In partnership with PM Spirits and the master distillers at Leopold Bros., Thursday Boots has created an extremely limited-edition Single Barrel Maryland Style Rye, an artisanal whiskey crafted with the same dedication, quality, and obsessive attention to detail that defines every pair of Thursday boots.
When Thursday first launched, it was a scrappy, grassroots effort built from the ground up. With no marketing budget, the founders hosted trunk shows in local bars and apartment living rooms, personally introducing the brand to customers over shared drinks and stories. Whiskey quickly became a signature part of the experience, an ice breaker and a nod to the founders' love of products that require time, craft, and intention.
"This collaboration is a full-circle moment," said Connor Wilson, co-founder of Thursday Boots. "Those early nights - pouring whiskey, selling boots, and connecting with people - shaped who we are as a brand. Partnering with PM Spirits and Leopold Bros. felt natural because we all share the same philosophy: a deep respect for craftsmanship and doing things the right way."
The Single Barrel Maryland Style Rye is bottled at barrel strength and features 65% rye, 15% corn, and 20% in-house floor malt, delivering notes of cinnamon, orange marmalade, and vanilla balanced by a buttery, malty finish. Ideal served neat or over ice, the whiskey reflects both the precision of fine distilling and the authenticity that Thursday is known for.
While the whiskey will not be sold directly through Thursday Boots, it will be featured at exclusive tastings and special events at the brand's New York City stores, bringing the founders' barroom storytelling back to where it all began.
The bottle will be available exclusively through Bottlerocket.com and at their Flatiron store (5 W 19th St, New York, NY) for an MSRP of $74.
