STEVENS POINT, WI, November 25, 2025– Stevens Point Brewery, a 168-year-old institution known for balancing tradition and innovation, is launching non-alcoholic versions of two beloved brews just in time for Dry January: Point Amber NA and Point Snow Pilot Pistachio Nut Brown NA. These new offerings demonstrate that full flavor and non-alcoholic beer can go hand in hand.
• Point Amber NA reimagines the brewery's iconic Amber Lager, offering sweet caramel malts and a delicate hop balance in a smooth, medium-bodied profile.
• Point Snow Pilot Pistachio Nut Brown NA captures the essence of its seasonal inspiration, blending Mount Hood hops, nutty Maris Otter malt, and pistachio.
"This is more than just a trend," says Julie Birrenkott, Marketing Director. "It's about meeting drinkers where they are—whether for Dry January, health, or personal preference—with options that don't compromise on taste. Now everyone can raise a glass to that."
While many breweries shy away from creating non-alcoholic versions of their bestselling beers, Stevens Point Brewery has embraced the challenge. Replicating the depth, balance, and character of beloved recipes without alcohol's body is no small feat. Using the patented BrewVo® system, the most advanced dealcoholization technology in the U.S., the brewery has produced NA beers and ciders so true to the originals that some tasters — including the brewery's own team — find them equally enjoyable.
"We didn't just want to make NA beer," explains Mike Schraufnagel, Brewmaster. "We wanted to make NA beer that stands on its own. This process lets us honor the integrity of Point Amber and Snow Pilot, preserving what makes them special."
Both brews will be available in December, in six-packs of 12-oz cans, wherever Point Beers are sold. The timing is intentional: a toast to the New Year and a celebration of choice for beer lovers.
