H3O LLC ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF NUDL

FUNCTIONAL ICED TEAS FOR BRAIN HEALTH

Southlake, TX - H3O LLC, a new entrant into the functional beverage market, has announced the release of its inaugural beverages called NUDL. The core mission of the company is to develop beverages that scientifically support brain health and taste world-class. With over 60 million people globally suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's, and 10 million new cases diagnosed annually, the time is now to give consumers greater control over their longevity and brain health.

Brand Launch

NUDL is a premium line of brain-boosting beverages that combine the great taste of southern iced tea with functional ingredients like MCT oil, selenium, magnesium, and l-theanine to support mental clarity, sleep, focus, and wellness. The distinctive purple in the company logo and its products represents a commitment to Alzheimer's prevention, with $1 of every case sold donated to the Alzheimer's Association.

"Having seen the ending of this tragic movie firsthand, I took control over my own brain health and that journey led me to creating a scientifically backed tea that simply works. I personally wanted better sleep and greater neuroprotection, and NUDL teas offer all that and more," says Kevin Hooton, CEO of NUDL and its parent company H3O LLC.

NUDL teas are freshly brewed in Coppell, Texas and the launch has three initial products: a Memory tea that comes in both Sweet and Peach flavor, and a Blackberry Sleep tea that is distinctively purple in color. Each 16-ounce bottle is naturally flavored and has less than 80 calories and 15g of sugar.

Get Your Brain Right is the company motto, emphasizing that the time is now to start working on brain health and mental wellbeing across all demographics. When one considers that the lifetime risk for dementia is 42%, NUDL is a serious beverage for people serious about getting the most out of their most important asset – their brain.
