DUBLIN / BOSTON, March 4, 2026 - Cobblestone Brands has appointed veteran beverage executive Dennis Carr as President of Cobblestone Brands USA, as the company accelerates the expansion of its premium spirits and spirits-based RTD portfolio in the United States.
Carr brings more than three decades of leadership experience building and scaling beverage alcohol brands across global markets. Most recently he served as CEO of Casa Azul Spirits, where he led strategic growth initiatives and brand expansion. Prior to that he held senior leadership roles at Gallo, including Vice President positions focused on commercial execution, distribution strategy, and brand growth.
Earlier in his career, Carr served as CEO of Anchor Distilling (now Hotaling & Co.), where he helped build one of the most respected craft spirits portfolios in the U.S.
Cobblestone Brands CEO Brian Fagan said Carr’s appointment marks an important milestone as the company continues to build its presence in the world’s largest premium spirits market.

In his new role, Carr will oversee U.S. strategy, commercial execution, and distribution expansion for Cobblestone Brands’ growing portfolio, which includes Knappogue Castle Irish Single Malt, Clontarf Irish Whiskey, and Irished Up, the recently launched cold brew Irish Coffee RTD, as well as Four Corners American Gin and Star & Key Rum.
The appointment comes as Cobblestone Brands continues to build momentum in the U.S., expanding distribution across key markets while investing behind a portfolio that spans premium spirits, innovative spirits-based RTDs, and emerging category innovations such as Casa San Lucas.
The company recently expanded its Irish whiskey portfolio through the acquisition of Knappogue Castle and Clontarf, reinforcing its strategy of building distinctive premium spirits brands with strong provenance and global growth potential.
Carr said he was drawn to Cobblestone’s entrepreneurial culture and its focus on distinctive, story-driven brands.

Carr will begin his role immediately and will be based in the United States.
