Flagship Wine & Food Tasting Experience brings acclaimed Mount Veeder wines to the table.
LOS CARNEROS, Napa Valley, Calif. — March 12, 2026 — For the first time in its history, Brandlin Estate is offering a dedicated, bookable tasting experience exclusively focused on its wines. Hosted at its sister winery, Cuvaison in Los Carneros, the new Brandlin Estate tasting experiences introduce guests to one of Napa Valley’s most respected mountain vineyards through an immersive, food-forward lens.
Long regarded for the complex, site-driven wines from its 100-year-old vineyard on the rugged slopes of Mount Veeder, Brandlin Estate has historically offered limited opportunities for consumers to experience the wines firsthand. This launch marks a significant milestone for the estate, creating a direct and intentional way to engage with Brandlin Estate’s wines in a guided tasting setting for the first time.
At the heart of the program is the Brandlin Estate Wine & Food Tasting Experience, a seated exploration of the estate’s mountain terroir through five estate-grown wines, including Zinfandel from century-old vines and the estate’s signature Cabernet Sauvignon. The experience is anchored by a seasonal culinary program executed by Chef Aaron LeRoi, a Culinary Institute of America graduate whose work spans many of Napa Valley’s leading wineries and emphasizes seasonal, wine-driven cuisine informed by farm-to-table principles and global influences. Menus rotate quarterly and are developed specifically to complement the structure, freshness, and intensity of Brandlin Estate’s mountain wines.
The first-quarter pairing menu (through the end of March) includes seasonal crudité with tangy white bean dip, basil oil, and walnut-and-almond dukkah paired with Brandlin Sauvignon Blanc; grilled Caribbean sweet potato rounds matched with old-vine Zinfandel; tamarind BBQ shredded pork tostada alongside Brandlin Malbec; maple black pepper chicken skewers paired with the estate’s Cabernet Sauvignon; and smoked Gouda gougères with chili crème fraîche and smoked salmon served with the acclaimed Henry’s Keep Red Blend.
In addition to the flagship wine and food pairing experience, guests may also choose from two wine-focused tasting options offering different levels of engagement with the Brandlin Estate portfolio. A guided Brandlin Tasting provides an in-depth introduction to the estate’s wines and vineyard character, while an elevated Brandlin Boathouse Tasting Experience—weather permitting—offers a more immersive setting, both with the option to include seasonal bites.
Brandlin Estate’s wines are crafted under the leadership of Winemaker Rebecca Peterson, whose work has earned consistent critical acclaim for balancing Mount Veeder’s natural power with precision and elegance.
“There has been strong demand for a Brandlin Estate experience for some time,” says Daniel Zepponi, President and CEO of Two Estates Wine Collective, which includes Brandlin Estate and Cuvaison. “Offering these tastings at Cuvaison allows us to shine a brighter spotlight on Brandlin Estate—its historic vineyard, its wines, and its distinct identity—while preserving the integrity that defines the winery.”
“Mountain wines have a natural affinity for food,” says Peterson. “The structure and freshness that come from Mount Veeder make these wines incredibly expressive at the table, and these pairings highlight just how seamlessly they integrate with thoughtfully prepared dishes.”
Brandlin Estate’s new tasting experiences are available by reservation seven days a week at Cuvaison winery in Los Carneros. For reservations and additional information, visit: Brandlin Tastings.
