Delhi NCR: The 9th edition of Delhi Cocktail Week (DCW) concluded on a high note, transforming Delhi NCR into a vibrant hub of global cocktail culture, bar innovation, and hospitality excellence. Conceptualized in 2015 by Archit Singhal, the festival has evolved into a powerful industry movement connecting Indian talent with international platforms.
Organized in association with the India Bartender Guild (IBG), a not-for-profit bartenders association based in Delhi NCR, the event continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the region’s bartending ecosystem through education, competitions, and global collaborations.
Global Training & Industry Development
A key highlight of this year’s edition was the successful hosting of the International Bartenders Association (IBA) Judge Course, conducted in Delhi NCR—further strengthening the region’s position in global bartending standards. The program covered Certification in Bartending, Foundation in Bartending, Social Responsibility, and IBA Tasting and Garnish Judges.
The course was led by internationally acclaimed IBA trainer Rihder Fuentes Frometa, who brought global expertise and hands-on training to participants across the region.
City-Wide Experiences Across Delhi NCR
Delhi Cocktail Week 2026 unfolded across multiple venues in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, creating a truly NCR-wide celebration. The event featured six large-scale pub crawls with over 150 participants exploring more than 40 bars across Delhi NCR—showcasing the diversity, scale, and vibrancy of the region’s nightlife and bar culture.
India Bar Show – A Global Trade Platform
The second edition of the India Bar Show, hosted within Delhi NCR, brought together exhibitors from Ukraine, Italy, Israel, and India. Homegrown brands such as Twisted Tales, Rajat Glasswares, and Ice Please joined international participants to create a powerful platform for innovation, networking, and real-time industry feedback.
A Multi-IP Ecosystem Driving Industry Growth
Delhi Cocktail Week has grown into a multi-IP platform with flagship properties including the India Bar Awards, National Bartenders Championship (NBC), and Golden Peacock International Cocktail Competition—each hosted within Delhi NCR and designed to promote talent and global exposure.
Winners of the NBC will represent India at the prestigious World Cocktail Championship (WCC) in Macau.
Historic Milestone Ahead for India
Building on this momentum, India will host the Asia-Pacific Cocktail Competition next July—marking a historic milestone for the country. For the first time in the history of the International Bartenders Association, the event will be hosted outside Singapore, with participation expected from over 25 member countries.
Delhi NCR: A Rising Global Bar Destination
With participation from international delegates, global brands, and leading hospitality professionals, Delhi Cocktail Week 2026 has firmly positioned Delhi NCR as a rising global destination for cocktail culture and hospitality innovation.
Commenting on the vision, Archit Singhal said, "Delhi Cocktail Week was envisioned as a platform to bring the industry together. Today, it has transformed Delhi NCR into a global stage where talent, creativity, and innovation come alive."
The organizers extended heartfelt gratitude to all partners, sponsors, participating venues across Delhi NCR, exhibitors, and international delegates for their continued support in making this edition a grand success.
