Birmingham, Ala. In this role, Mehrotra will be focused on aggressively driving growth and market share of products sold through food service distributors, convenience stores, and national chain accounts while also overseeing strategic operations.

Mehrotra brings a diverse leadership background to Red Diamond, combining his passion for turning big-picture strategy into real-world results. His proven ability to navigate complex environments, transform operations, and unlock growth potential, combined with eight years of dedicated service in the U.S. Naval Reserves, makes him an invaluable asset to Red Diamond. Most recently, Mehrotra worked for EY Parthenon, where he oversaw complex projects as an advisor to Fortune 250 C-suite executives through the M&A lifecycle, including designing and executing operating models to position organizations for sustainable value creation across the CPG and AFH sector.
