ONX Wines Introduces Foundations: A New Interactive Wine Tasting Experience in Paso Robles

PASO ROBLES, CA — November 2026 — ONX Wines is excited to introduce Foundations, a new interactive and immersive wine tasting experience at its Tin City tasting room. Foundations is a guided sensory exploration inviting guests to see, taste and feel. 

Created to take the formality out of wine tasting, Foundations moves beyond the traditional tasting format, offering a hands-on experience that celebrates curiosity, personal preferences, and the enjoyment of wine.

During the experience, guests are guided through a curated tasting of five single-varietal wines, each highlighting the distinctive characteristics of different grape varieties. An interactive sensory kit brings the tasting to life, encouraging guests to explore aromas, flavors, and textures.

Rather than focusing on technical terminology or traditional tasting conventions, Foundations encourages guests to engage with wine in a relaxed setting. Through guided exploration and interactive elements the experience offers a fresh perspective on the wines in the glass.
