Shinju Japanese Whisky was recently listed as one of the top ten Japanese Whiskies to drink in 2020 by, along with the accolade of "Best for Cocktails "based on its flavor profile” Shinju whisky matures for two to four years in white oak barrels and is produced using only water from the slopes of Mount Fuji. The Company is currently developing aged expressions, including an 8-year limited edition “Yasuke’’ Pure Malt, an 8yr Black Pearl Edition, and a 12-year expression to complement its flagship “White Pearl” blended whisky.
