Vacay is a UK-based canned ready-to-drink cocktail brand founded by Chris Caruso, which launched in 2020 with a four-SKU range of Moscow Mule, Tom Collins, Paloma and Blood Orange & Hibiscus Vodka Soda in 330ml cans. The line uses named base spirits such as Misty Isle vodka from the Isle of Skye, and the brand positions its cocktails as vegan, gluten-free and made without artificial flavours or sweeteners. Vacay has expanded into UK grocery, including a Sainsbury's listing, and has since added a lower-calorie vodka soda range.
