M&K Acquisitions Purchases Gleukos Sport Drink

CLACKAMAS, Ore.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–M&K Acquisitions announces its asset purchase of Gleukos, Inc., the all-natural sport drink company.

Gleukos expects to more than triple sales in 2009 with the addition of new distributors and retailers. The company will execute a private placement in the next 30 days to fund additional growth.
