BevNET Review: A long time favorite of ours, Dr. Brown’s Cream soda has finally made it to the review staff here at the BevNET! It’s the smoothest tasting cream soda on the face of the earth. Dr. Brown’s Cream Soda is light and sweet, and has a real old fashioned taste. We highly recommend this beverage.

I was wondering, I have so many bottles of Dr. Brown at home, which we love by the way.....is there a date of expiration on them? and if so, where would I find it on the bottle(6 pack) or holder?

been drinking dr.brown since my childhood days in nyk. but i do believe that the taste became to sweet when you guys put that high fructose corn syrup in the mix. its better than no dr.brown at all. but shuld you turn down the syrup content, then i think truly it wil be the tasteof the dr. brown of old days.

I'm lucky enough to have been born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and spent summers on Staten Island with family friends. I recently found Dr. Brown's at a local Deli in Rochester, NY. First taste took me right back to my childhood, even though I'm now a great grandmother.

Nothing goes with a hot corned beef sandwich at a local deli than a can of Dr. Brown's Cream soda...

I remember I used to go down to a Jewish deli and drank this stuff. It was nice and rich.

Very good, but not the best

I grew up in NY, went to a lot of delis, and had a lot of Dr. Brown's. I love their black cherry, and I really like their cream. But after having tasted Manhattan Special's Vanilla Cream, that wins over Dr. Brown's Cream Soda, hands down. I'm a little surprised that the BevNET staff likes this one the best. That being said, I certainly will continue to drink this product when available (at restaurants, but not go out of my way to buy it at grocery stores), and I do agree that the bottle is much preferable than can.
