Canyon Coffee is an independent Los Angeles-based specialty coffee roaster founded in 2016 by couple Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz, who started it from their LA apartment. It specializes in certified organic, single-origin coffees and has grown into a full-service wholesaler and D2C brand, opening its first cafe in Echo Park, LA, in 2022. Its Classic Cold Brew is a shelf-stable, ready-to-drink canned cold brew made from Regenerative Organic Certified, single-origin coffee grown by the ASPRASAR cooperative in Tolima, Colombia, and roasted in LA.
