Chameleon Cold-Brew: Espresso Coffee

Chameleon Cold-Brew's Espresso Coffee variety of ready-to-drink coffee is the brand's “uber caffeinated” formulation. While the label doesn’t specify exactly what this means (we think it should), this definitely seems like a pretty marketable offering for a coffee line. Furthermore, this is also an unsweetened offering. In terms of taste, it’s no surprise that this is the most bold and bitter tasting flavor of the line. Given that the product is supposed to be Chameleon's strongest offering, this is fine and probably should be the case. Fortunately, while the product is slightly bitter in the middle, the flavor does smooth out at the end and the finish is quite smooth. Packaging is, like the other RTD flavors of Chameleon, a 10 oz. glass bottle. While the design is definitely polished and appealing to the eye, we do feel as though the messaging of both flavor and sweetness (or lack thereof) could be better communicated across the line. Otherwise, this product really feels like a strong showcase of what Chameleon is all about.
