Genius Coconut Smoothies: Pure Coconut Water

Genius Juice’s Pure Coconut Water is a straightforward product that’s made with USDA Organic coconut water from young Thai coconuts that has been high pressure processed (HPP). While we’ve seen many HPP juice brands attempt to add a coconut water SKU, it seems a bit more logical for a brand that’s all about coconut based products. Fortunately, this flavor is quite excellent, both compared to the other flavors in the Genius Juice line and other coconut water products. It’s clean and refreshing, with just the right amount of salty and sweet while being very thirst-quenching. Packaging is a 16 oz. bottle, which, compared with the standard square bottle that we’re seeing used throughout HPP beverages, seems to have additional tapering around the edges. In addition, the product now has the USDA Organic seal, which was not present when we first tried the product in 2014. Otherwise, we like both the cleanliness and the quirkiness of the brand -- it definitely makes the product stand out. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-executed product.
