Made with a three-ingredient blend of coconut water, coconut milk and matcha, this product appears to be pretty simple on the surface. The flavor is extremely well-executed, with two strong flavors, matcha and coconut, being used in such a way that neither runs over the other. What you have here is something that’s rich and creamy, but cut by the grassy flavor of the matcha just before it becomes too much for your palate to handle. This of course makes you want to go back for another sip and the product is downright addictive. And it’s definitely better than mixing straight coconut water and matcha (which is available from at least one company in the marketplace). From a design perspective, this is one of the nicer looking plastic bottles that we’ve seen on an HPP beverage. It stands out, but maintains its minimalist design. Plus, we like the numbered system and how the company has visually executed it using an accent color on an otherwise black and white label. The only question about the label is the “never conventional” tag line, which, at least to us, implied that the product is organic (it’s not). Otherwise, there’s really nothing else that we can say about this product. It’s a truly enjoyable product from start to finish.
