Kalahari Rooibos Red Tea: Pumalanga Pomegranate

Despite not being easily distinguished from the red/green teas used as the base of this product, the pomegranate flavor has combined with the tea to make something that's actually quite enjoyable. The sweet flavor of this tea helps hide the slightly grassy notes found in some of the other varieties and there's just the slightest splash of tart fruit flavor in its finish. Like the others, we think the packaging is a bit overdone and a simplified version would definitely make a big impact on this product's ultimate success. Still, we like the flavor and that will definitely mean repeat purchasing and good pull-through -- assuming consumers notice it the first time around.
