Serious Ginseng has quite an interesting taste that resembles the taste of seaweed (from Chinese food or Sushi). It's a unique taste, but we really didn't find it to be that palatable. We did feel slightly replenished after drinking this beverage, but the serious aftertaste was just too much. This is a an acceptable beverage, but certainly not one that we would repeatedly purchase.
