Purity Organic Superjuice: Lemon Agave Ginger

Essentially a lemonade drink, Purity’s Lemon Agave Ginger Superjuice is the closest flavor to its core lineup. The name of the flavor very accurately describes what you’ll find inside the bottle: spicy sweet lemonade flavor. It’s very enjoyable, with just the right amount of each flavor making its way to your palate. The use of not from concentrate juices definitely helps -- the flavor is very accurate and clean. On the outside, the product’s 14 oz. glass bottle is a slight departure from the plastic bottles that Purity Organic has always used to date. The company has done a nice job of translating the brand into something that feels slightly more premium. However, we’d be lying if we said that we didn’t miss the brand's grid of fruit images just a little bit. In addition, we’re not sure if “Superjuice” really matters in the case of this particular flavor. And, to some extent, we wonder if it implies something that the drink isn’t (e.g. a functional beverage). Considering that the product is in a different bottle and has a different label design, it’s pretty obvious that this isn’t the same type of product that you’ll find in Purity's core line. Overall, this is well-executed product that offers a simple, but enjoyable, twist on a standard lemonade.
