Sparkling Ice -Talking Rain: Coconut Pineapple (2012)

The second addition to the Sparkling Ice lineup is the coconut pineapple flavor. This zero-calorie, Splenda-sweetened product combines a nice blend of pineapple and coconut flavors. The pina colada-esque taste profile is very familiar tasting and provides a nice balance to the Splenda sweetener. In addition this product contains 50mg of green tea extract as well as a host of B-vitamins. On the packaging from the 17 oz. PET bottle is sleek and slender but feels a bit awkwardly top-heavy. Due to the color of the liquid, the white text on the label is much clearer and more readable. However the image of the pineapple and coconut inside an ice cube feels a little too obvious. Overall this is a nice addition to the Sparkling Ice lineup with our only suggestion to play up the “vitamin-enhanced” angle more.
