Unity Vibration: Pear-Mint (2011)

As the name states, this variety of Unity Vibration Kombucha is flavored with pear juice and mint. These two flavors help keep the fermented flavor of the kombucha in check, while also providing complementary flavors that add to the drink’s complexity. If there’s anything we’d like to see changed about this product, it’s the level of mint flavor -- we’d love a bit more. This beverage is live, raw, and organic, which means that it has all of the probiotics and other kombucha benefits intact. However, it also means that the product might have alcohol content greater than 0.5 percent, which is why it has a government alcohol warning. Otherwise, the design of the product is quite appealing, with a colorful and playful theme to the label. The product is available in both 12 and 25 oz. bottles, both of which have a polished feel. Overall, this is a very enjoyable product, but increasing the mint flavor just a bit would improve the experience for us.
