ZZAI is a West African sparkling beverage brand founded by Zainob Fashola and produced by Faaji LLC, based in Passaic, New Jersey. The line launched in 2026 with four 12 oz SKUs rooted in West African drinking traditions: Chapman (spiced citrus), Zobo (hibiscus and ginger), TamTam (mango and tamarind) and Obì. The shelf-stable sodas are sweetened with real cane sugar, range from 50 to 72 calories, and contain no artificial sweeteners, colors or preservatives. ZZAI made its trade debut at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City.
