Big Blue is a privately held company founded in 1992 by two brothers, Jason and Gordon Melchner, who oversee all aspects of their Brooklyn operation. They service many of New York’s top hotels, restaurants, clubs, gourmet food and grocery stores.
Big Blue’s approach has been to seek out and partner with young, entrepreneurial brands that show promise in a crowded marketplace.
