The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting & Food Expo, an event that will draw over 20,000 food industry professionals to address issues of scientific research, technology, new products, and consumer trends, opens this Sunday in Chicago.
An educational conference and a tradeshow, IFT attracts more than just the R&D and scientific crowd, including beverage professionals in corporate management, purchasing, consulting, technical sales and marketing roles.
