San Francisco, CA November 13, 2014 – Project Juice® is excited to announce its newest location, which will open in the heart of the Mission District at 790 Valencia Street on November 15. The store will feature a new superfood smoothie bar, the first in San Francisco and one of just a few in the country, to offer cold-pressed juices and smoothies made with house-made almond mylk and raw coconut water and meat. The new location will also pilot updated branding for the company’s signature locally-sourced, organic juices as well as a new line of farm-based food products.
The Space
The 720 square-foot location, with indoor seating for eight, as well as outdoor seating for eight, will feature a minimalist design that lends a clean, streamlined atmosphere to the space. The calming environment, which includes carefully chosen local plants and signage featuring new branding, is designed to encourage relaxation and well-being, allowing guests to get the most out of their time visiting Project Juice Mission. Project Juice Mission is located at 790 Valencia Street at the corner of 19th Street and will be open Monday–Friday 7am – 8 pm, and Saturday–Sunday 8am – 7pm.
Expanded Menu and New Food Offerings
Project Juice has expanded its menu to include a plant-based line of meals and snacks that are 100% vegan and gluten-free, featuring items such as Kelp Noodle Pad Thai, Southwestern Burrito, Tibetan Arugula Salad, Cashew Cream Crepe, among others. The menu builds on many of the locally-sourced cold-pressed juices that Project Juice has served in its other locations, with nearly all of the ingredients sourced from nearby farms in the Bay Area. The menu now includes approximately 20 different juices and a line of five Wellness Shots, including the E3 Energy, Tummy Tonic, Flu Shot, Turmeric Tonic, and the Liver Flush. Grab-and-go cleanses and juice packs will also be available for purchase.
A New Look and Feel
Project Juice will pilot its rebranded line of juices and other products at the Mission District location, offering customers a newly updated design that reflects Project Juice’s fun and fresh personality. The new branding and design feature simple but bold graphics in a wide spectrum of bright colors—a design inspired by the simple, organic ingredients that produce Project Juice’s revitalizing flavors and the approachable, trustworthy experience of the brand. In addition to the new logo, the shout-outs to “SF” and “CA” on the new logo showcase Project Juice’s pride in serving the local community and dedication to sourcing local ingredients.
