DRAPER, Utah–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Swire Coca-Cola, USA announced today it has reached a definitive agreement for the expansion of its sales and marketing territories in the Pacific Northwest. The territories are in the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho and include the cities of Seattle and Spokane in Washington and the city of Portland in Oregon. The agreement includes the acquisition of production facilities near Seattle and Portland and distribution facilities in the territories.
The agreement signals another expansion of Swire Coca-Cola’s growing footprint in the United States. The Utah-based company now operates in 13 western states. Prior to this agreement, Swire Coca-Cola held smaller territories in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
