GREENWOOD, S.C. — Alexandra Tirado will be the new chief operating officer of Hydro One Premium Beverages, according to the company. Tirado will be managing the company’s domestic market and global expansion strategies.
Ms. Tirado, of Fortuna Holdings International, is known in the international business community for her innovative approach towards global economics and financing. She has been over seeing small and mid cap buy investments in cross-border transactions throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. Tirado has a BA from Duke University and her MA from Columbia University in East Asian Studies, Chinese Law and economics. Tirado is also an alumnus of Peking University and is fluent in Mandarin.
CEO Sammy Nasrollahi said the need for functional beverages is a global concern.
“Ms. Tirado had the foresight to realize that functional and healthy beverages would become more important as the struggle with worldwide health issues such as diabetes and obesity reach epic proportions.” Nasrollahi said. “We are excited to have her join our company.”
