We expect that naturally functional and healthy beverages will be one of the fastest growing segments in non-alcoholic drinks in 2017. This includes cold brew coffee, kombucha, and HPP juice cleanses as consumers look for greater functional benefits from simple, clean labeled, natural products. I also expect that home dispenser technology from companies like Sodastream and Keurig will soon expand to alcoholic drinks and beer; we expect new players in the emerging space in 2017.
