While the hot summer months may mean vacation for some, a number of entrepreneurial beverage companies are taking the opportunity to introduce new and refreshing products. In this gallery, we spotlight a handful of notable new launches from July, including new plant-based SKUs for REBBL and Forager, a single-serve bottle from Dahlicious and shelf-stable, cold brew coffees from Marley.
Village Goods Electrolyte Enhanced pH Water
Villager Goods, which markets a line of organic premium coconut water, introduced an electrolyte-enhanced, reverse osmosis alkaline water in July. The product is available in 1 L PET bottles on Amazon, with additional markets to follow.
Wonder Drink Prebiotic Kombucha
Wonder Drink Prebiotic Kombucha launched in July in 12 oz. cans. The product is non-alcoholic, certified organic, contains 10g of sugar per can, and is available in three flavors: Apple Mint, Ginger Peach and Tropical Mango.
Dahlicious Single-Serve Lassi (Drinkable Yogurt)
Dahlicious has introduced a new 10 oz. single-serve bottle for two flavors of its organic lassi, a traditional drinkable yogurt that originated in India. The new Field Strawberry and Alphonso Mango varieties are launching at Costco in an assorted 8-pack with four bottles of each flavor for $12.99.
Maui Brewing Island Cola & Ginger Beer
In July Hawaiian craft brewery Maui Brewing Company expanded its offerings with the launch of two non-alcoholic craft sodas in 12 oz. cans: Island Cola and Ginger Beer. The new flavors will join Island Root Beer in the brand’s soft drink portfolio, and will be sold in 4-packs and on draft in over 120 stores and 60 restaurants in Hawaii. The company plans to use the sodas as the base for a line of ready-to-drink canned cocktails to be introduced later this year.
Juicera PerfectO and Organic Probiotic Digestive
Last month, cold-pressed juice maker Juicera added a new SKU to its 2 oz. shot line: Organic Probiotic Digestive. The brand also launched PerfectO, a 10 oz. organic cold-pressed orange juice infused with organic caffeine and added probiotics. Juicera products are available online and in select locations of Lucky Vitamin, Whole Foods and other retailers.
Marley Cold Brew
Marley Coffee has begun rolling out a new cold brew coffee line 11 oz. cans to retail partners in the East, Southwest and Midwest. The line is available in four SKUs: Kingston Caramel, Dark Mocha, Madagascar Vanilla and Eastern Chai. The products are made with Jamaican coffee, do not require refrigeration and are shelf-stable for 18 months.
Forager Coconut Cashewmilk
Starting in mid-July, plant-based food and beverage maker Forager introduced Coconut Cashewmilk in 48 oz. bottles with a suggested retail price of $5.99. The full-fat, dairy-free milk is now available nationwide in Unsweetened Plain and Unsweetened Vanilla varieties at Whole Foods.
Rebbl Introduces Three New Flavors
Organic plant-based beverage brand REBBL launched three new SKUs at the end of June. Three Roots Spice contains a blend of ashwagandha, turmeric and ginger, while Schizandra Berry Creme is formulated to support a balanced stress response and healthy liver function. Finally, Banana Nut Protein contains 16g of protein per bottle.
