Icelandic Glacial Partners with Ford GoBike on Carbon Savings Contest

SAN FRANCISCO — Ford GoBike riders could win a trip to Iceland for saving the most carbon emissions in a new contest, thanks to a partnership between Icelandic Glacial, the world’s first bottled water certified as CarbonNeutral for product and operation, and Ford GoBike, the companies announced today.

Starting August 1, Ford GoBike riders can participate in the online August Carbon Savings Sweepstakes by showing how they are saving carbon by biking, walking, taking public transportation, carpooling and more using the hashtag #rideclean. The grand prize winner will earn free hotel and carbon offset airfare for two to Iceland, home of world-renowned hot springs. Other top prizes include a free annual Ford GoBike membership and a free case of Icelandic Glacial water. Riders should visit for full participation instructions and details.
