As summer comes to a close, brands are already gearing up for the fall season. SToK, Chobani and Brew Dr rolled out limited edition products featuring autumnal spices this month, while new milks from Borden look to capture the classic flavors of fall state fairs. Rooibos iced tea maker BOS Brands expanded its offerings with a line of functional rooibos-based wellness shots. Each 1.7 oz. shot contains organic rooibos, natural fruit juice and functional ingredients. The shots come in four varieties -- Chill Out (CBD), Let it Glow (collagen), Bounce Back (immunity) and Gut A Problem? (probiotics) -- sold online on Amazon and the brand’s website for $34.99 per 10-pack.

Hemp and cannabis supplier Hillview debuted new hemp-infused seltzer brand Kaló. Available in Strawberry Watermelon, Lemon Lavender, Pomegranate Peach and Raspberry Lime flavors, Kalo contains 15 calories and two grams of sugar per 12 oz. can. The brand has partnered with Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. of New York for distribution in New York City, Long Island and Westchester.

Free Rain is a new functional sparkling water brand featuring adaptogens and no added sugar or caffeine. Free Rain is available in three varieties -- Tart Cherry & Siberian Ginseng, Blood Orange Ginger & Ashwagandha and Blackberry & Passionfruit -- in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans for $17.99 on the brand’s website.

Dallas’ Borden Dairy rolled out a new limited edition line of State Fair of Texas-inspired milk flavors: Cotton Candy, Caramel Popcorn and Banana Taffy. The new flavors have hit shelves at Walmart, H-E-B, Circle K, Dallas and Houston Kroger stores, and other select retailers in Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Ohio.

Florida’s Made Coffee launched Brew Box, a bag-in-box of its cold brewed Single Origin Colombia El Obraje coffee. The 96 oz., 12-serving Brew Box is available on the brand’s website for $34.99.

The newest release from plant-based protein drink maker Koia is Thrive, a three-SKU line of oat-milk based functional refrigerated smoothies. The line’s three varieties -- Miracle Matcha, Chill Chocolate and Golden Turmeric -- contain 150 to 190 calories and three to five grams of sugar, depending on the SKU. Created specifically for the natural channel consumer, Koia Thrive is sold for $3.99 per 10 oz. bottle at natural retailers including Whole Foods and Sprouts.

Adding a plant-based alternative to its dairy-based Protein Keto beverage line line, Bolthouse Farms’s new Protein Keto line is made with coconut milk and pea protein. Available in three flavors – Mocha Truffle Latte, Cinnamon Horchata and Hazelnut Fudge – the beverages contain 12 grams of vegan protein and 1 gram of sugar and two to three net carbs per 15.2 oz. bottle.

Poppi expanded its prebiotic soda line with a new Watermelon flavor, made with sparkling filtered water, apple cider vinegar, watermelon juice and lemon juice and sweetened with organic cane sugar and stevia. The new flavor is available exclusively on Amazon for $35.88 per 12-pack.

Cold brew maker SToK rolled out a new Pumpkin Cold Brew, containing 19 grams of sugar per 12 oz. serving, available for the fall season at retailers nationwide for $4.99 per 48 oz. multiserve bottle.

Kombucha Town combined kombucha and seltzer for its latest launch, Live Seltzer. The seltzer contains zero sugar and one to two calories per serving, and is available in Ginger, Grapefruit and Cucumber flavors for $1.29 to $1.79 per 12 oz. can.

Wellness brand Dose launched a line of 2 oz. functional shots in four varieties: Dose for Your Liver, Dose for Soreness, Dose for Immunity and Dose for Your Skin. Each shot contains no caffeine and zero sugar and calories, packaged in glass bottles. Dose shots have hit shelves at retailers such as Erewhon and Jensen’s as well as online in 4-packs ($25), 8-packs ($40) and 24-packs ($90).

Vanilla Blossom is a new limited release flavor from Brew Dr.’s Artist Series, featuring a label designed by Brooklyn artist Seibold. The new flavor, containing a blend of vanilla bean and spices along with cherry, rooibos and hibiscus, will be sold nationwide through the end of the year. The brand has also added a former limited edition flavor, Watermelon, to its permanent lineup.

Boston’s Loco Coffee launched its cold brew mixed with coconut water in one liter multi-serve bottles chainwide at Wegman.

Tazo rolled out a new cocktail-inspired alcohol-free Mixology line, offering two tea and juice concentrates: Berry Hibiscus Margarita (herbal tea) and Ginger Lime Moscow Mule (green tea). The brand also launched two new energy management tea blends: Energize and Dream. Energize offers a jolt of energy with guarana, citrus, ginseng, yerba mate and chipotle chili pepper, while Dream promotes sleep with valerian root, lavender, passion flower, chamomile, vanilla and almond.

The newest flavor from Monster Energy’s Reign Total Body Fuel is Lilikoi Lychee, containing 300 mg of natural caffeine, BCAA's, CoQ10 and electrolytes with zero calories or sugar.

Chobani expanded its line of coffee creamers with the launch of limited edition dairy-based and oat-based pumpkin spice flavors. The creamers are available online and in retailers for $3.99 per 24 oz. bottle through the fall.

The latest launch from functional hydration brand Nuun is Nuun Instant, a new powder formula aimed to relieve dehydration before its symptoms become evident. The formula is based on the World Health Organization’s Oral Rehydration Solution, while also containing Vitamin C and Vitamin B12. Nuun Instant is available in Lemon Lime and Watermelon flavors online and in stores for $2.49 per single serving packet.
